Det er mest specielt at nyde denne godbid under Drageb\u00e5dsfestivalen i det sene for\u00e5r. Zongzi best\u00e5r af glutin\u00f8se ris fyldt med forskelligt fyld og pakket ind i bambusblade eller andre store, flade blade som f.eks. siv. Det er alt fra s\u00f8dt til salt, men den salte slags er min favorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"\">Zongzi bringer mine barndomsminder frem, og at lave Zongzi sammen er en vidunderlig familiebegivenhed f\u00f8r eller under festivalen. Det almindelige k\u00f8dfyld er svinek\u00f8d og kylling. I denne opskrift bruger jeg en kombination af en anden popul\u00e6r kinesisk ret - dampet kylling med shiitake-svampe. Saltet \u00e6ggeblomme er valgfrit, men jeg anbefaler det for at give ekstra smag. Men med eller uden saltet \u00e6ggeblomme smager disse Sticky Rice Dumplings himmelsk. Jeg kan varmt anbefale, at du l\u00e6gger de glutin\u00f8se ris i bl\u00f8d i vand natten over for at reducere tilberedningstiden n\u00e6ste dag. Det samme g\u00e6lder for de t\u00f8rre Shiitake-svampe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"\">Hvis du kan finde friske bambusblade, skal de bare vaskes rene, og s\u00e5 er de klar til brug. Men hvis du som jeg kun har t\u00f8rre bambusblade til r\u00e5dighed, skal du l\u00e6gge bambusbladene i bl\u00f8d i vand natten over. S\u00e5 bliver bladene bl\u00f8dere og lettere at bruge n\u00e6ste dag.
