Den smager frisk og er s\u00e5 sund. Jeg elsker virkelig farverne r\u00f8d, hvid og gr\u00f8n sammen! Denne ret kaldes ogs\u00e5 Caprese-salat i Italien. Tomater er basen i denne ret, og det er smagen, der er afg\u00f8rende. Du skal finde store og modne tomater. Du f\u00e5r en bonus, fordi store tomater er nemmere at sk\u00e6re ud!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MOZZARELLA <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"\">Hvis du som jeg har h\u00f8je krav til smagen af din mad, skal du ogs\u00e5 finde den bedste slags mozzarella. Her anbefaler jeg <strong>B\u00f8ffelmozzarella<\/strong>. Den er lavet af vandb\u00f8ffelm\u00e6lk, som er mere cremet, bl\u00f8dere og langt mere smagfuld end den almindelige mozzarella, der er lavet af kom\u00e6lk. Prism\u00e6ssigt er den en smule dyrere. Det er fint at bruge almindelig mozzarella, hvis du ikke kan finde b\u00f8ffelmozzarellaen. Smagen er stadig god.
