Korean Kimchi Bacon Cheese Ramen is a lovley fusion that has addictive and indulgent flavors. The recipe is simple and easy to make. You will fall in love!
Boil a pot of water. Cook the Ramen Noodles for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Reserve 1/3 cup Ramen Water. Transfer the Ramen to a mixing bowl. Add in Sesame Oil to loosen up the noodles. Set aside.
In a frying pan, on medium-high heat, add in Vegetable Oil. Add the Bacon and fry until the Bacon is a bit crispy. Add in the Garlic, stir for about 15 seconds until fragrant.
Add in the Red Onions. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the Onions are a bit softened. Then add in the Kimchi. Stir well for another minute.
Add in the Ramen, Kimchi Juice, Sugar, Chicken Bouillon, and Ramen Water. Mix to combine well. Then add in the Sesame Oil. Mix well again.
Add in the chopped Green Onions. Toss well. Turn down the heat to medium or medium-low. Sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top. Then cover with a lid and let the cheese melt.
Transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with extra chopped Green Onions or top with a Fried Egg. Ready to enjoy!
