Ready in just 15 minutes, this Garlic Shrimp Udon is a flavorful, easy, and satisfying meal that everyone will love! It's the perfect quick and comforting meal for any day of the week!
Heat up a pot of Water. Add the Udon noodles into the hot water. Use tongs to gently separate the noodles until they are loosen up. Transfer the noodles to a large mixing bowl. Add in Sesame Oil. Mix well and set aside.
In a frying pan or wok, on high heat, add in the Vegetable Oil. Then add the Cabbage. Stir-fry for about a minute. Then add in 1/2 tsp Sugar and 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce. Stir-fry for another minute until the cabbage is nicely colored.
Add the Garlic and stir for 15 seconds. Then add the Shrimp and Chili Flakes. Continue to stir fry until the Shrimp are just cooked.
Add in the Udon Noodles, the Light Soy Sauce (1 1/2 tbsp), and Oyster Sauce. Combine everything well. Add the Sugar (1/2 tsp). Stir well. Then toss through the Green Onions. Ready to enjoy!

Do not overcook the Udon noodles. Remove the noodles from water once they are loosen up.
You can use other veggies of your choice, such as book chow and lettuce.
If you do not like spiciness, you can skip adding the chili flakes.
