This Easy Baked Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs is quick and simple to make and it tastes super comforting and delicious! It's simple for a family night and special for a party!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together Chicken, Olive Oil, Honey, Light Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Chinese Chili Bean Paste, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Dry Thyme, Onion, Cornstarch, Salt, and Black Pepper.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Generously Oil a 19 cm x 28 cm baking dish on the bottom and sides.
Pour the Chicken pieces into the baking dish. Spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 425 F (220 C) for 25-28 minutes. Then use the broiler function to broil the chicken for another 5 minutes, or until it turns nicely dark golden brown.
Remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped Green Onions and it is ready to enjoy!
