Buffalo Mozzarella balls (cut into thick slices)

Large ripe Tomatoes (cut into thick slices)
Some Fresh Basil Leaves
Drizzling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Cut the Tomatoes and Mozzarella into thick slices.
On a plate, stack one slice of Tomato, one slice of Mozzarella, and a few leaves of fresh Basil, or one large one.
Then drizzle on the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add pinch of Salt and a pinch of Ground Black Pepper for taste.
Notes
The amount usage of Salt and Ground Black Pepper depends on your personal taste and preference.
