170g/ 6 oz Large cooked Shrimp, deveined, and cut into big chunks.
1Large ripe Mango, cut into strips.
250g/ 9 oz Cucumber, deseeded, and thinly sliced.
40g/ 1.4 oz Finely sliced Red Onion
50g/ 2 oz Finely chopped Walnuts
3tbspChopped Fresh Dill
1tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
2tbspWhite Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Some Ground Black Pepper
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (Optional)
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients. Season lightly with Salt and Ground Black Pepper along with freshly squeezed Lemon Juice. Toss gently to incorporate.
