This Salmon Stir-Fry Ramen is a quick, cozy upgrade to instant noodles, made with smoked black pepper salmon for bold flavor and zero extra cooking time. Tossed with eggs, vegetables, and simple pantry sauces, it’s a nourishing, satisfying bowl that comes together effortlessly on busy days.
There are days when I crave the cozy familiarity of instant ramen—but I also want something that feels a little more nourishing, a little more intentional. This Salmon Stir-Fry Ramen is exactly that kind of meal. It’s quick, satisfying, and made with simple ingredients, yet it feels like a thoughtful upgrade you’d be proud to serve.
This recipe came together on one of those busy days when time was limited, but comfort was non-negotiable. Instead of cooking salmon from scratch, I reached for store-bought smoked black pepper salmon—already cooked, beautifully seasoned, and incredibly convenient. That small shortcut made all the difference, turning a humble bowl of ramen into something special in under 20 minutes.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS SALMON STIR FRY RAMEN
Quick & Easy: Perfect for busy weekdays when you want something homemade but don’t have much time—this comes together fast with minimal prep and simple steps.
Flavor-Packed Shortcut: Using smoked black pepper salmon adds instant depth, richness, and savory flavor without the need to cook fish from scratch.
A Better Ramen Bowl: It keeps the cozy comfort of instant ramen but upgrades it with fresher ingredients that make the dish feel more wholesome and satisfying.
Balanced & Satisfying: With protein, vegetables, and noodles all in one bowl, this is a complete, nourishing meal that truly hits the spot.
A COZY UPGRADE TO INSTANT RAMEN
Instant ramen has always had a special place in my heart. It’s nostalgic, comforting, and endlessly adaptable. This version keeps that comforting base but elevates it with soft scrambled eggs, tender broccoli, and flakes of smoky salmon gently warmed in the pan.
Because the salmon is already cooked, it doesn’t need much handling—just enough heat to bring everything together. The eggs add richness, the vegetables bring freshness, and a light seasoning of soy sauce and rice vinegar keeps the flavors balanced without overpowering the dish.
It’s the kind of meal that feels cozy and familiar, yet surprisingly refined.
INGREDIENTS
Ramen Noodles – I use Korean Kimchi Ramen Noodles here. You can use other ramen noodles of your choice.
Smoked Salmon – I use Smoked Salmon with Black Pepper. It has an amazing flavor. You can easily find this in your local supermarkets.
Eggs – I use two eggs in this recipe. Eggs just make the dish richer and more satisfying.
Garlic – The garlicky flavor is amazing in this ramen dish.
Broccoli – I love the look, color, and the taste of Broccoli. You can also use Bok Choy.
Sesame Seed Oil – It adds a unique flavor to the noodles. We also use this as garnish oil in Asian cooking.
Light Soy Sauce – This is one of the must-have Asian sauces that you need to have in your kitchen. Lee Kum Kee is my favorite brand for this. You can use other brands too.
Rice Vinegar – If you don’t have rice vinegar, you can use white vinegar.
Black Pepper – It adds a bit of peppery flavor, which makes the noodles even more flavorful.
Green Onions – or called Spring Onions. I like to use this for garnishing at the end. It adds beautiful green color and it is rich in healthy nutrients.
Sesame Seeds – You can use either White or Black Sesame Seeds for garnish. Or use a blend of different Sesame Seeds.
