This Honey Garlic Shrimp is a quick and flavorful dish that comes together in just 20 minutes, featuring juicy shrimp coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze. Perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy dinner at home, it’s a healthy and delicious meal that everyone will love!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Shrimp, Salt, Black Pepper, Cornstarch, and Chinese Cooking Wine. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
In a bowl or a measuring cup, combine Honey, Light Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Water, Sesame Oil, Cornstarch, and Garlic. Mix well until Honey is dissolved. Set aside.
In a wok or pan, add in Vegetable Oil, on high heat. Cook the Shrimp until nicely golden, but not fully cooked. Transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
In a wok or pan, pour in the pre-made Honey Garlic Sauce, on medium-high heat, simmer to thicken the sauce. Then add in the Shrimp. Toss well until the Shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce is thickened.
Transfer to a plate. Garlic with some roasted Sesame Seeds and Green Onions. Ready to enjoy!

Remember to always use large Shrimp for the most satisfying bites.
If you don't have Rice Vinegar, you can substitute with White Vinegar.
Do not overcook the Shrimp during the first cooking process as the Shrimp will be cooked again.
When cooking the sauce, you can decide on how thick you like the sauce to be by adding a bit more or reduce a bit less coking time.
