Ingredients

package
Korean Kimchi Ramen Noodles (or Shin Ramen)
2
Eggs
Half of a Bok Choy (cut into small pieces)

Garlic Cloves, minced
1
Vegetable Mix from the Ramyeon package
1
Chili Powder Mix from the Ramyeon package

tbsp
Sesame Seed Oil

Light Soy Sauce
1
tsp
Rice Vinegar (or White Vinegar)

Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Cook the Ramen in a small pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, until slightly softened, then add the Vegetable Mix from the package.
Drain the Ramen, and save some of the water for later use.
In a frying pan, add Sesame Seed Oil. When the oil gets hot, add Garlic and stir for about 10 seconds. Add the Bok Choy and Eggs.
Add the Ramen, Chili Powder Mix, as well as some Ramen water to get the consistence you want. Then add the Soy Sauce and Vinegar for taste.
Just before serving, add some Sesame Seeds for garnish.
Notes
You can substitute Rice Vinegar with White Vinegar.
