With the Holiday season fast approaching, I have created this lovely Tiramisu Cheesecake to provide some cheer! I have fused two of my favorite desserts into one – Tiramisu and Cheesecake – what a wonderful combination! This dessert has a nice Coffee flavor with a touch of Rum and the creaminess of the cheesecake and mascarpone too—all on a crunchy crust. Decadent and delicious as holidays should be! This recipe has the extra benefit of not needing to be baked. I am sure you are gonna love it.
If you are also a Tiramisu and Cheesecake lover like me and you like them separate instead of fused, try out my Easy Eggless Tiramisu and Cool and Modern New York Cheesecake recipes.
THE CRUST
I use Digestive Biscuits as the base. You can use almost any crunchy cracker of your choice. For example, you can use Graham Crackers. For a more chocolate flavor, I also add some Cocoa Powder.
COFFEE SYRUP
The ingredients of the Coffee Syrup are the same as in my Easy Eggless Tiramisu recipe, which I like to add some Aroma Rum to give it a nice Rum taste without real alcohol. For my friends, I admit to adding real Rum sometimes!
THE FILLING
The filling contains three main ingredients: Mascarpone Cheese, Cream Cheese and Heavy Cream. Because it is no-bake, it does not contain Eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
I absolutely love this Tiramisu Cheesecake. You can taste two fabulous desserts in one. It is sublime! The cake has beautiful layers and I love how the Coffee and Rum flavors are well immersed and transcend the layers. The crispy crust is an extra bonus! Every bite is wonder happiness!
I hope you will enjoy this Holiday Easy Tiramisu Cheesecake. It requires no-baking and you can easily make this at home – a perfect quick and delicious dessert idea!

Ingredients
The Crust
- 150 g or 10 Digestive Biscuits
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 60 g / 4 tbsp Butter, melted
Coffee Syrup
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 350 ml Hot Water
- 2 tsp Aroma Rum
The Filling
- 200 g / 7 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 200 g / 7 oz Cream Cheese
- 150 ml Heavy Cream (cold)
- 80 g / 3 oz Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 6-7 Lady Fingers
Toppings
- Cocoa Powder for dusting
- some Grated Dark Chocolate
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
- Put the Digestive Biscuits in a plastic bag and use a roller to crush them finely into crumbs. (Or you can use a food processor.)
- Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl. Add the Cocoa Powder. Mix well. Then add the melted Butter and mix well again.
- Transfer the mixture into a 7-inch (18 cm) Springform pan. Use a spoon or a soft spatula to smooth out the crust. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the Coffee Syrup
- In a large bowl, mix together Instant Coffee, Sugar, Hot Water and Aroma Rum (or real Rum).
- Set aside to cool down.
Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, add the cold Heavy Cream and Granulated Sugar. Use a stand mixer to mix the Heavy Cream until it turns soft peak.
- Add the Mascarpone Cheese, Cream Cheese and Vanilla Paste. Mix to combine well.
Assemble the Cake
- Add half of the filling on top of the crust. Use a spatula to smooth out the layer.
- Dip the Lady Finger one at a time into the Coffee Syrup on both sides for a few seconds and add it on top of the filling. It will need 6-7 Lady Fingers.
- Dust with some Cocoa Powder and some Grated Dark Chocolate.
- Add the rest of the filling. Smooth out the layer again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to set or better overnight (around 12 hours).
- The next day, dust the cake with some extra Cocoa Powder and Grated Dark Chocolate. Ready to enjoy!
Notes
- The longer the Tiramisu Cheesecake sets in the fridge, the more you can taste that amazing Rum and Coffee flavor.
- It is important to use cold Heavy Cream when making the filling.
