You can enjoy the Salad as the way it is. But it is best to match it with Panini Bread or Ciabatta Bread or any other kind of White Bread that you like.

The Best Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 200 g peeled Shrimp
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 small Shallot, chopped
- 5 large Cornichons, chopped
- 1 tsp Caper Juice
- 1/2 cup Fresh Dill + extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup Fresh Tarragon
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinches of Black Pepper
- Pinches of Sea Salt
- 2 slices of Panini Bread
- Butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients listed. Give it a taste. Adjust it with extra Black Pepper or Sea Salt to your taste.
- Add the mixed Shrimp Salad on buttered Panini Bread. Ready to enjoy!
