Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked Jasmine Rice or 1 cup uncooked Jasmine Rice
- 300 g Ground Pork
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 3 tbsp Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chili Oil
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 fried Eggs
- some Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Jasmine Rice on medium high โ medium โ low for about 15 minutes until the rice is well cooked. Transfer the cooked rice to a large bowl and set aside to let it cool down.
- In a wok, heat the Vegetable Oil over high heat. Add the Ground Pork and spread it out. Allow to cook until golden and crusty. Then break up the pork and add in Garlic and Onion.
- Stir-fry for about 1 minute and add in the Carrots, keep stirring for another minute or two until the Onions are softened.
- Add in Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chili Oil and continue to stir and combine well.
- Add in the cooked Jasmine Rice. Then add in Light Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, and Sugar. Mix well.
- Add in chopped Green Onions and combine thoroughly.
- Transfer to serving bowls. Top with Fried Eggs to serve. Garnish with more chopped Green Onions and some Sesame Seeds. Ready to enjoy!
