The Easiest Breakfast Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of a good quality White Bread
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 slice Chicken
- 1 slice Ham
- 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 pinches of Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- pinches of Black Pepper
- some Butter for cooking
- some Green Onions for garnish
- extra Black Pepper
Instructions
- Toast both sides of White Bread with a bit of Butter in the frying pan on medium-low heat. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together Mayonnaise, Sriracha Sauce, and Condensed Milk. Spread the sauce evenly on one side of each bread.
- In a frying pan, toast a slice of Chicken with some butter and add it to the bread.
- In the same frying pan, toast a slice of Ham with some Butter and add it to the bread.
- Then add one slice of Cheddar Cheese on top of the Chicken and Ham.
- In a bowl, whisk together Eggs, Salt, and Milk. In a frying pan, on medium-low heat, add some Butter. Once the Butter melts, pour in the Eggs. Then use a spatula gently stir well. You need to keep stirring in a circle to make nice and puffy-soft Eggs. Do not overcook. The eggs should be slightly moist. Turn off the heat before the Eggs are completely cooked and take the pan off the heat.
- Spoon the Eggs on top of the Chedder Cheese and spread evenly. Sprinkle some Black Pepper on top.
- Then add another slice of Bread on top. The Egg Sandwich is ready! I like to cut it in half for easy eating. Sprinkle some Green Onions and extra Black Pepper as desired.

Notes
- The recipe is for 1 serving of a whole Egg Sandwich. Just double or triple the recipe if you need more!
- It is important not to overcook the Eggs. You want the Eggs to stay fluffy and soft with slightly moist texture. The Eggs are key to the taste of the sandwich.
