INGREDIENSER
Udon nudler – This is one of the most popular noodles in Asian cooking. You can buy this from most Asian grocery stores. Your local stores will likely have this as well.
Reje – Always use large shrimp or prawns for satisfying bites. The shrimp should be peeled and deveined.
Hvidløg – Use lots of Garlic here. The garlicky flavor is amazing in this dish.
Sesamolie – It adds a unique flavor to the noodles and it helps keep the noodles in good texture.
Vegetabilsk olie – I like to use Rapeseed Oil. You can use Sunflower Oil too. Do not use Olive OIl.
Kål – You can use store bought “already chopped up” cabbage. I love to chop my own cabbage for a satisfying experience.
Chiliflager – This adds a bit extra spicy tang. If you want to tune down the spiciness, you can skip this.
Sukker – It really enhances the overall flavor of the dish.
