This dish is inspired by my love for fusion cooking, where different flavors come together naturally and beautifully. The moment crispy chili oil meets butter, soy sauce, and parmesan cheese, something magical happens. It’s rich but balanced, spicy yet cozy — the kind of dish that feels exciting and familiar at the same time.

What I love most about this dish is how effortlessly it fits into everyday cooking. It’s simple enough to make on a whim, yet exciting enough to feel like a treat — the kind of meal that reminds you that good food doesn’t have to be complicated to be memorable.

INGREDIENSER

Spaghetti – Use any kind of Spaghetti. You can also use whole grain spaghetti.
Salt – The classic seasoning. We use this for cooking spaghetti.
Usaltet Smør – Use regular unsalted butter, and you can also use vegan butter.
Hvidløg - Det tilfører en vidunderlig hvidløgssmag. Efter min mening gør hvidløg bare alting bedre.
Lys sojasovs – Dette er en af de musthave asiatiske saucer, som du skal have i dit køkken. Lee Kum Kee er mit yndlingsmærke til dette. Du kan også bruge andre mærker.
Østers sovs - Du bør helt sikkert tilføje den til dit køkken. Østerssauce tilfører retten et godt strejf af sødme og en fyldig smag. Jeg kan godt lide at bruge thailandske mærker som Maekrua til denne sauce.
Lao Gan Ma Chiliolie – Dette er en af de mest populære kinesiske chilisaucer på verdensplan. Du kan købe denne chilisauce på dine lokale asiatiske markeder eller købmandsforretninger.
Parmesan ost – This is one of my favorite kind of Italian cheeses. It has this amazing salty, savoury, and rich taste.
Grønne løg - eller kaldet forårsløg. Det giver en smuk grøn farve, og det er rigt på sunde næringsstoffer.
Chiliflager – This adds a bit extra spicy tang and for garnish.

HOW TO MAKE THIS CRISPY CHILI OIL SPAGHETTI

Cook the Chili Oil Butter Sauce: In a frying pan, over medium-high heat, add the Butter, Garlic, and Laoganma Crispy Chili Oil. Cook until the butter is melted. Then add in Light Soy Sauce, and Oyster Sauce. Simmer for a minute and turn off the heat. Set aside.
Cook the Spaghetti: Boil a pot of salted water. Cook the Spaghetti for 7-9 minutes until al dente according to the package instruction. Reserve a cup of pasta cooking water.
Samle retten: Before the Spaghetti finishes cooking, reheat the Chili Oil Butter Sauce. Then add the Spaghetti straight into the pan. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Toss through the Parmesan Cheese and some pasta water if necessary.
Klar til servering: Transfer to serving plate. Sprinkle with Green Onions, Parmesan Cheese, and Chili Flakes. Serve right away!

– It is always recommended to cook Spaghetti in salted water for the best texture.
– You can use any kind of Spaghetti. The whole grain spaghetti also works well with this recipe.
– Use unsalted butter here. Vegan option is great.
– You can adjust the consistency of the Spaghetti by adding extra pasta cooking water.
– For garnish, you can drizzle a bit more Crispy Chili Oil on top as desired.
– Serve it hot while it’s straight out of the pan.

  • 200 g / 7 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tsk Salt
  • 75 g / 2.6 oz Unsalted Butter
  • 5 Fed hvidløg, hakket
  • 2 1/2 Spsk. Lys sojasovs
  • 2 1/2 Spsk. Østers sovs
  • 1 Spsk. Laoganma Crispy Chili Oil
  • 3 Spsk. Parmesanost, revet + extra to serve
  • 1 Forårsløg, finthakket
  • some Chili Flakes

Sådan gør du
