This Korean Stir-fry Ramen recipe is fast and easy to make. It’s great for a quick meal after work. The ingredients can readily be found in big grocery stores and in most Asian food markets.
Once a while, I will be craving Instant Noodles. Do you ever feel the same? Korean Ramen is often my choice. I have cooked the Ramen in different ways including the basic one shown on the package. But my favorite way is stir-fry.
WHAT KIND OF RAMEN DO I USE?
I prefer Kimchi flavor (see the picture below). Since one package of this Ramen is about 120g, it’s perfect for one person. You can also use Shin Ramen or any kind. They are equally good! Sesame seed oil makes the Ramen smell amazing! The vinegar gives the noodles a very fresh taste. Well, if you really like that fresh taste, you can add a generous amount of vinegar to your noodles. Besides that, you can also taste the Kimchi flavor and a bit of spiciness.

Koreansk stir-fry Ramen
Ingredienser
- 1 pakke Koreanske Kimchi Ramen-nudler (eller Shin Ramen)
- 2 Æg
- En halv bok choy (skåret i små stykker)
- 3 Fed hvidløg, hakket
- 1 Grøntsagsblanding fra Ramyeon-pakken
- 1 Chilipulverblanding fra Ramyeon-pakken
- 2 Spsk. Sesamfrøolie
- 1 Spsk. Lys sojasovs
- 1 tsk Riseddike (eller hvid eddike)
- 2 tsk Sesamfrø
Sådan gør du
- Kog Ramen i en lille gryde med kogende vand i ca. 3 minutter, til de er let blødgjorte, og tilsæt derefter grøntsagsblandingen fra pakken.
- Lad Ramen dryppe af, og gem lidt af vandet til senere brug.
- Tilsæt sesamfrøolie i en stegepande. Når olien bliver varm, tilsættes hvidløg, og der røres rundt i ca. 10 sekunder. Tilsæt Bok Choy og æg.
- Tilsæt Ramen, chilipulverblandingen og lidt Ramen-vand for at få den ønskede konsistens. Tilsæt derefter sojasauce og eddike efter smag.
- Tilsæt nogle sesamfrø til pynt lige før servering.
Noter
- Du kan erstatte riseddike med hvid eddike.
- Du kan bruge ramen efter eget valg til denne opskrift.
- Hvis du vil have en finere version, kan du altid tilføje rejer, kylling eller andet kød efter eget valg.
