The combination of Cheese and Pepper is absolutely amazing! Hot Dog is a surprised addition to this dish. I can proudly say that this is one of my signature dishes that is enchanting and powerful. Ingredienserne
- 200 g Spaghetti-nudler
- 4 Spsk. Usaltet Smør
- 1 tsk Sorte peberkorn
- 1 tsk Sichuan peberkorn
- 1 medium Hot Dog, cut in slices
- 1 Spsk. Vegetabilsk olie
- 2 tsk Salt
- 1 kop revet Parmesanost
- 3 Fed hvidløg, hakket
- 1 kop reserveret nudelvand
- hakkede Forårsløg til pynt
Instructions
- On medium heat, toast the Black Peppercorns and Sichuan Peppercorns in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Use a mortar and pestle to grind into find powder. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, on medium-high heat, add in the Vegetable Oil. Fry the Hot Dog until cooked and crispy. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- In another large frying pan, melt half the butter on medium heat. Add the minced Garlic and ground pepper mix. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Boil a pot of Water. Cook the Spaghetti in boiling salted water for 7-9 minutes until al dente according to the package instruction. Reserve 1 cup of the Noodle Cooking Water. Drain the noodles.
- Reheat the pepper garlic mixture on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup Noodle Water to the frying pan and bring to a simmer. Add in the Spaghetti and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese. Toss well until thickened slightly.
- Add the remaining Butter, Parmesan Cheese, and the Hot Dog. Toss well again until the sauce is thickened. Add more Noodle Water if necessary to adjust to your preference.
- Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with extra grated Parmesan Cheese and chopped Green Onions. You can also add more Black Pepper on top. Serve warm immediately.
